- 1. EASY BUY DIAMOND PLAN. 1. Monthly advance of Rs 1,000/- or multiples there of for 11 months. The member will get 1 month benefit amount at the end of the maturity date. 2. Instalment amount to be paid by Cash/Cheque/ RTGS/NEFT/UPI/Credit/debit card in the favour of "Sharada Jewellers" 3. Monthly installments to be paid on or before 10th of every month. 4. The accumulated advance amount can be redeemed only against the purchase of Diamond Jewellery. 5. No refund will be given under any circumstance. 6. In case of premature withdrawal from the scheme, members can redeem only the deposited amount in the form of Diamond ornaments. 7. Only the members who pay within the stipulated time and complete the scheme are eligible for discounts. 8. No two offers can be clubbed. 9. The benefit of 4,000 per carat discount is applicable for Diamond scheme only. 10. The management reserves the right to alter any of the terms and conditions pertaining to the scheme without prior notice to the members. Management decision is final. 11. Any disputes arising out of participation in this scheme is subject to jurisdiction of Mysore city courts. 12. All ornaments, purchased under this scheme are subject to value addition, GST and other taxes applicable by the government.

The accumulated advance amount can be redeemed only against the purchase of gold Jewellery, no coins and bullion. 5. No refund will be given under any circumstance. 6. In case of premature withdrawal from the scheme, members can redeem only the deposited amount in the form of gold ornaments only, no coins and no bullion. 7. No two offers can be clubbed 8. Defaulting members are not entitled for the additional benefit. 9.
